Leading design across a full POS rebuild and EHR migration spanning 230+ franchise studios in the US. The same surface is used by clinicians delivering services, front-desk staff handling intake and checkout, franchise owners reviewing performance, and corporate ops monitoring the entire network. Certivia is a healthcare accreditation platform built for the Brazilian healthcare market, connecting accreditors and provider institutions through a structured, evidence-based audit process. I owned discovery, IA, interaction model, design system, and every screen, state, and edge case from kickoff through delivery. Sole designer on the project.
