RESTORE HYPER WELLNESS

Product Manager & Principal Product Designer

2025 — Present

How do you keep the experience consistent across 230+ independently operated studios? That's the question I've been answering every day at Restore.

Restore is one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the US, with studios offering cryotherapy, IV drips, red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, and more recently GLP-1 medication programs. I came in through Prosigliere Consulting to lead product on POW, their proprietary point-of-sales platform that every franchise runs on.

The challenge is that every studio is its own business. Different pricing, different memberships, different services, different promotions. But for the client, the brand has to feel like one thing. That tension is where most of my work lives.

I built a Transferable Credits system that lets clients earn at one studio and redeem at another, with automatic value translation across pricing tiers. I redesigned the Same Day Rebooking flow to move the needle on both revenue and support reduction at the same time. I designed Airtable-based operational workflows for the GLP-1 program (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide) that connected pharmacy logistics directly to the EHR, letting the team scale fulfillment without waiting for platform work.

On the medical side, I coordinated a full EHR migration with Wellgento, moving patient records across every studio in the network with zero data loss. HIPAA compliance, rollback plans, validation checkpoints at every stage. When you're touching 230+ studios at once, you don't get second chances.

I also run release management for POW, acting as the final quality gate before anything rolls out. I helped the design team sharpen their critical thinking on the consumer iOS app (70K+ users, 4.9 on the App Store), pushing discovery conversations and UX decisions even though the release itself sat with another team.

My job at Restore is being the bridge. Between 230+ franchise owners and a central platform. Between a growing medical program and a system that was built for cryotherapy. Between what the C-suite wants next quarter and what engineering can realistically ship. It's the kind of work that rewards both strategic thinking and obsessive attention to detail, which is exactly where I like to live.
